We are Onwe. A black, women-led independent publisher on a mission to amplify diverse voices and under-represented ideals.
For one of our novels, The Marks Left on Her, we are creating a campaign to help share the book with the world. This campaign is centred on womanhood and feminism; with a focus on perspectives and voices who aren't often centred.
Within the book, Di, the author questions the longstanding pattern in our society where women are expected to be forged from pain, with suffering and endurance tied so closely with our triumphs and growth. We're looking for women to speak on their experiences with womanhood within the context of "Did this break me or make me?".
